How Do I Add a Competition Score

Modified on Wed, 27 Aug at 9:32 AM

If you’re playing in an organised competition, your score will be submitted directly into the WHS™ platform by the event organiser - so you don’t need to add it yourself. Scores can’t be entered manually, and adding them as a general play round will cause duplicates (and could even lead to a score penalty).

If you’re playing in a society event that isn’t run by a recognised tournament provider, you should return your score as a general play round instead.

For general play scores in England, here’s what you need to do:

  • Pre-register your round before you tee off.
  • Submit your score through the MyEG app (this must be submitted on day of play).
  • Make sure your score is attested (marked) by either another iGolf subscriber or a member of an affiliated golf club in GB&I with access to the MyEG app.

Following these steps keeps everything fair and consistent across the handicap system.
